Ordering, Processing,
Shipping and Late Fees
The following are General Terms and Conditions of Ordering,
Processing, Shipping and Late Fees at TSP Photographers and its affilated events.
"Customer" or "Customers" refer to a person or persons that place an pay for
orders online, through TSP Photographers and/or its official authorized or affilated
online
processing platform. Texas School Portrait Photographers, LLC nor its subsidiaries,
d/b/a or child companies are responsible for liabilities from using third-party services
to alter, process or fulfill online, TSP SchoolPay or general orders. Please
note, that we will always elect to work with our schools, customers, students and families
to make sure they have a enjoyable experience with our company and recive their orders
within professional general marketplace reasoning. If there are any issues, we recommend

Unless otherwise notated, Customers understand, in regards to:
General Fees & Shipping
Please be advised we are currently not shipping to Mexico or Canada. We recommend purchasing a digital option (i.e., Digital Download and sending it via email.) We apologize for any inconvience and look forawrd to bringing Internaltional Shipping back soon!
- All orders placed online will be charged a $5.99 Processing Fee. This processing fee may be allocated towards shipping costs or actual processing costs for digital-only orders. (Digital Only Orders refer to orders in which no physical prints or physically produced products are included, e.g., Digital Downloads, Retouching, Social Media Sharing Items, etc.)
- Under normal conditions, orders take 5-7 business days to process and/or ship and have an average expectation to arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days from the Order Date.
- Orders placed through a school during the Initial Free Shipping Period, are bulk-shipped to the school. For estimated dates of arrival, please contact the school's Picture Day Coordinator.
TSPRush Shipping
Please be advised, we are currently not offering
TSPRush Shipping at this time.
When applicable, TSPRush Shipping is available for purchase with select accounts
only and is available for an additional $5.99 per order. TSPRush Shipping is an
available
option offered during the
ordering process provided through TSP Photographers.
Customers also
have an option to select Free Ground Shipping. TSPRush Shipping expedites
orders that include this option to ship overnight within 2-3 business days.1
1TSPRush Shipping is not available for orders that include Photo Mugs. We
apologize
for this inconvenience.
Order Agreement
By ordering through Texas School Portrait Photographers and/or TSP
Photographers, customers
understand that they are responsible for providing
a shipping address that is valid for use by the US Postal Service. If a customer does not
provide a
valid shipping address, the customer understands that the order may be delayed up to 30
business
days. Customers also understand that they will not receive a refund because they
provided an
incorrect or invalid address at the time of ordering or because their order could not be
delivered
by their local Post Office or the courier designated by their local Post Office in
accordance
with
the delivery of their order.
Returned Orders
Orders that are returned to TSP Photographers may be reshipped to
the school associated with the
student to avoid double-returns. In addition, the company may also elect to contact the
customer
to
confirm the shipping address at the time of ordering. If the company chooses to notify the
customer
directly to confirm the shipping address at the time of ordering, the customer has two (2)
business
days to reply to the company. If the customer does respond within the allotted time
frame, the
company will default to reship the order to the school associated with the student.
Customer will be
will
notified, through the email address at the time of ordering, with either election.
Promotional Cart Restrictions
Unless otherwise notated, orders placed after the school's Order
Due
Date may be assessed a late fee. Late fee amounts vary and are
determined by the amount listed on the school's Picture Day form. Late
Fees will be not equal more than $9.99 per order. For more information,

Order Processing Disclaimer & General Refunding
Texas School Portrait Photographers, TSP Photographers, its
assignees and affiliates have
the right to refuse any order for any reason. Customers placing orders through Texas School
Portrait Photographers, TSP Photographers, its assignees and affiliates understand
agree to all of the above and listed Terms and Conditions in accordance
with any special promotional offers. Orders placed through Texas School Portrait
Photographers,
TSP Photographers, its assignees and affiliates that are discounted by promotion or
sale will be credited the amount of purchase, if deemed refundable.
Refunds must initiated within 10 business days of receipt of delivery,
confirmed by the delivering courier service. Customer agrees that all
orders after this period are final.
Customer(s) understand that all orders placed through TSP Photographers are processed by
Photo
Checkout, Inc. and they authorize the deduction of payments from an
account or debit/credit card customer provides at the time of checkout.
This may appear on your financial statement as PHOTO CHECKOUT, PHOTO
CHECKOUT INC, TSP PHOTO or TSP PHOTOGRPAHERS. Orders placed, by phone or in person through
TSP
Photographers Customer Service may be processed by Stripe,
Inc. or Wave Financial, Inc.
