The following is a statement about our General Promotional Policy
Please be advised that our general promotional policies may change in light of
current global health issues or supply change interruptions. We apprecite your understanding as we try to provide a safe and secure
experience for everyone.
The following are General Terms and Conditions of Special Offers &
Promotional Discounts offered through Texas School Portrait Photographers, LLC and TSP Photographers, respectively,
including Special Offers & Promotional Discounts
where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and where
no alternative terms and conditions apply.
Promotional Ending Times
Unless otherwise advertised, all discounts and promotions end at 3am/Eastern, 2am/Central on the following date displayed with the
promotional offer.
(Example: If you live in New York and a promotion
states it ends on August 29, 2019, it is active until 3:00 AM Eastern Time on the
August 30, 2019. If you live in Los Angeles and a promotion states it
ends on August 29, 2019, it is active until 12:00 AM Pacific Time on the
August 30, 2019.)
Promotional Verbiage
Unless otherwise notated, Promotional Offers ("promotions") will be
advertised with the following labels:
"Web-Only", "Web Only"
"Online-Only", "Online Only"
"Limited Time Only", "LTO"
"Special Offer"
"Special Limited Time Offer"
"Flash Sale"
"Weekend Sale"
"Holiday Sale"
"Last Chance Sale"
Promotional Cart Restrictions
Unless otherwise notated, you may purchase more than one item of each
product at the promotional discount, however, each offer is subject to
the following restriction: The item must be added to the Shopping Cart
and purchased (meaning paid for by the customer and processed by or
through the online merchant for TSP Photographers, with an email confirmation from TSP Photographers or its "online merchant") before time expires to be
eligible for the promotional discount.
Product Availability
Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last. A limited
quantity of promotional discounts may be available per item. If supplies
are still available after all of the promotional discounts have been
used, customers may purchase the item at its regular price.
Refunds
Whenever possible, TSP Photographers in association with its authorized affiliates will reasonably attempt to replace any item that is not recived by the purchaser (customer) or is recievd damaged beyond reasonable use. In the vent that an item cannot be replaced, a refund or credit to a future time-based purchase may be issued. If a credit is issued, the purchaser (customer) has a limited amount of time to redeem that credit, before it is considered null and void according to the Terms and Conditions of the credit issuance. If acustomer is dissatisfied with an item they have received, they have seven (7) business days from the Courier's Date of Delivery (the date the courier notates on thier website that the order was delivered) to begin the process of replacement, crediting or refunding. Replacement, Crediting or Refunding Requests can be made by emailing CustomerService@TSPPhotographers.com. Please note: This does not apply to any downloaded, digital orders. ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOADED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR REFUND.
Additional General Terms and Conditions
All promotions offered by or through Texas School Portrait Photographers, LLC and/or TSP Photographers are available for a limited time. No promotion
is
perpetual.
Texas School Portrait Photographers, LLC and/or TSP Photographers reserves the right to modify or cancel
the offer at
any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly)
from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify
or cancel the offer at any time.
Digital content and promotional offers may be available to
customers
located in the conterminous United States and are subject to the Terms
and Conditions of Texas School Portrait Photographers, LLC and/or TSP Photographers.
Promotional offers may not be combined with other
promotional offers.
Promotional codes apply to qualifying items only.
Unless otherwise notated, Promotional offers and discounts
do not
include shipping charges, sales tax, processing fees or handling fees.
Promotional offers and codes are non-transferable and may
not be sold.
If an item or product is eligible for return or refund,
your refund
will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to
applicable refund policies.
If any term or condition is violated, the offer may be
deemed invalid.
